At Scan360, we respect your right to manage your account and personal information. If you wish to delete your account, we’ve made the process straightforward and simple. Please follow the steps below to delete your account permanently.

How to Delete Your Scan360 Account: A Step-by-Step Guide

To ensure that your account deletion process is clear and hassle-free, follow the three simple steps outlined below.

Step 1: Go to the Home and Access Settings

  • Navigate to the Homepage: On the homepage of your Scan360 account, locate the Settings icon in the header section.

  • Click on the Settings icon to access the account settings.

Step 2: Access Your Profile Settings

  • Find the Profile Link: After clicking the Settings icon, you will be redirected to your account settings page. Here, look for the Profile link.

  • Click on the Profile link to open your profile settings. 

Step 3: Delete Your Account

  • Click the “Delete Account” Button: On the Profile page, you will see the Delete Account button. Clicking this will permanently remove your account from Scan360.

  • Confirm Your Action: After clicking the delete button, a confirmation message will appear. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.

Important Notes:

  • Account Deletion is Permanent: Once your account is deleted, all your data and information associated with your Scan360 account will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

  • Subscription and Payment: If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before account deletion to avoid future billing.
